Shipping is always free via USPS in USA only. Tracking number and expected delivery date will be included, unless noted otherwise. Ready-made items from my shop will ship out in 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take between 1-3 weeks due to proper production time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for more details about your custom order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I only accept returns or exchanges on already-made pieces. I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please contact me if you may have any issues with your order.
If your order arrives broken, or damaged, please contact me, including pictures of the damage, within 7 days of receiving, so that I may fix it, or create a replacement piece for you.
SIZING DETAILS
All sizes are approximate due to cut and nature of the wood but are as close to stated measurements as possible. For example, a 12″x12″ piece, may actually have been cut to 12″x11.5″.
